We do not accept payments on the Site; standard carrier message and data rates may apply.

6. SMS Text-Messaging Terms

By providing your mobile phone number through our Site or otherwise opting in, you consent to receive up to five (5) automated promotional or informational SMS/text messages per month from Pine Oak. These texts may ask for information related to market research and requests to discuss the sale of your business. Message and data rates may apply.

  • How to Opt In: By entering your mobile number and checking the opt-in box for Terms of Service on our Site, you consent to receive recurring SMS messages in accordance with these ToS.

  • Opt-Out: To stop receiving messages, reply STOP to any Pine Oak message. We will send a one-time confirmation reply: “you have unsubscribed.” After unsubscribing, you will receive no further messages unless you opt back in.

  • Help: For assistance, reply HELP to any message or contact us at privacy@pineoakpartnership.co.

  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

  • As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations.

  • Impersonate any person or entity.

These ToS and any disputes arising hereunder are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree that all claims shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Houston, Texas.

We may modify these ToS at any time. When changes are made, we will update the Effective Date above and post the revised ToS on the Site. Your continued use after changes indicates your acceptance.
